Our UK courier service covers England, Wales and Mainland Scotland.
International shipping may be possible for select goods. For international shipping, please contact email@example.com with details of the goods you would like to purchase and we will obtain a delivery quotation for you.
A discounted 'local delivery' service is available at checkout for addresses within 12 miles of our cider mill and farm. Please check the distance of your shipping address before selecting. We may refuse discounted delivery if the shipping address is beyond the 12 mile radius. If you are uncertain of whether local delivery is applicable to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm.
Once you have placed your order successfully you will receive an email from us to confirm your order. We will then process your order and, once ready, will send you an email to let you know your order is available to collect.
If you would like to collect your order outside of our usual opening hours, please contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange a time for you to collect.

When to expect your order
We offer Next Business Day delivery on all orders shipped by our UK courier service. Orders received by us will be processed by 8am each business day. Any orders made after this time will be processed by 8am on the following business day. Orders will not be processed over weekends or bank holidays.
For orders shipped by our discounted local delivery service, we aim to deliver within 1-3 business days of your order date.
If you are not at home to accept your order
Our UK courier service provider will leave a calling card at your address to let you know that they have attempted to deliver your order. You can then either collect your goods from their local service point or arrange another delivery.
If one our drivers misses you when attempting delivery locally, we will attempt to contact you to find a safe place to leave your order or will reattempt delivery on another day.
Returns and refunds
If you change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order and request a return. All goods must be returned to us unopened and unused and they must be in a re-saleable condition. To cancel your order and arrange a return, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The original order value will be refunded to you minus any costs of shipping. Return shipping is at your own cost.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods
Please notify us immediately if your order is delivered damaged or if you find faulty goods within your order. We will then take the appropriate action to resolve your issue.
If items are missing from your order
Please notify us immediately if you receive only part of your order or if your order does not arrive as expected. We will then take the appropriate action to resolve your issue.
Any goods damaged, faulty or lost in transit will be replaced free of charge provided we have the item(s) in stock.
